                            throws SLIB_Exception

Build an index for the descriptors specified in the MeSH XML. Each descriptors will be associated to its preferred name and descriptions.

Parameters:

factory - the URI factory which will be used to generate the URIs

filepath - the path to the XML file

defaultNamespace - the default namespace used to generate the URIs

Returns:

the index
